Motivating Our Youth Today
For a Healthy Tomorrow

The number of children in Canada with weight issues is increasing; the health of today's children is in decline; schoolwork, peer pressure and busy schedules are taking a serious toll on our children's health.
What are the solutions?
Up and running since January 2006, the Mobilize Youth
program addresses issues that all overweight kids and teens ages 8 to 16 face. Those families who come to us know that their child's health is at stake. We know kids want to feel good, look good, get fit and understand how to incorporate new approaches to eating into their lives.
Mobilize Youth participants learn how to take charge of their health, which then has positive effects on their school performance and helps with other aspects of socialization – like bullying and fear of competition.
Parents are a critical part of the solution. That's why we involve the family throughout the process so that parents can help support their child.
The Mobilize Youth team of passionate, caring and skilled coaches meets with each family, provides an initial assessment and recommends a customized fitness & nutrition program. Commitment is the key to success and attendance, the means to achieving goals.
Mobilize Youth strongly encourages both.
