Our program’s objective is to raise self-esteem, build stamina, and give youth & teens the kind of life skills support they need to take part in sports and other extra - curricular activities. Through our rigorous customized fitness program, kids gain muscular strength which then leads to weight loss.

Information sharing and exchanges in our nutrition sessions encourage MobilizeYouth to begin the process of changing the way they approach food.

M. Cifelli writes...Thanks and kudos to you for such an amazing program that has helped so many young people. I'm sure you know how proud Gregory is of his accomplishments and hard work especially when he constantly receives compliments about his appearance.

D. Saccutelli writes...This program has been pivotal in our children’s lives. Truly it has ignited in our children a passion for fitness and the importance of eating properly. With the guidance of the Mobilize team we see an increase in their physical
endurance but really the benefits are reaped in their burgeoning leadership skills. We positively know this experience is helping them develop into strong, confident human beings.

Anna Writes… Mobilize Youth is a great program!!
!!When Adrian first began the program we thought it would have been more of a challenge for us to have him attend the program 3 days a week and to keep him committed.
Adrian is happy to work out 3 days a week and meet with the coaches and his new friends that he has met in the program. The program has encouraged Adrian to become more active on a daily basis and it has given him the opportunity to join the school sport teams this year. We are all proud of his weight loss and his commitment to the program.

Anita L. writes...Dina, I
truly with to thank you and your entire team for all of their help and
support. We are noticing that Karina has more energy and she has
actually gone out bike riding with her friends a few times. I
need to get myself on track and have her write down her daily food
diary and I need to complete the menu planning. I must say we
are eating much healthier at home and Karina (and the rest of the
family) is having smaller portions. My biggest concern for me is
her lunches (prepared by the school) and if she is getting
treats/snacks at her friend’s house or buying them with her own
money on the way home from school.

Sharon & Hailey (12)M writes... From our first meeting with Dina Lieberman, founder of MobilizeYouth, my 11 year-old daughter Hailey and I knew that we were on the road to positive change! Working with a peer group that shares the same weight challenges as well as participating in discussions on healthy eating and balanced nutrition have really made the difference in our day to day lives.

Melanie B. writes...Dina, I was so grateful to your summer program this year. Faithe (10) worked so hard on both her nutrition and her many exercise and weight lifting sessions. As it turned out, Faithe lost the most weight in your summer program a total of 6 lbs and 6 inches! This made such a difference to her self confidence, and how she looked at herself. Faithe also really enjoyed the Tuesday and Thursday "make your own lunch" as she loves to cook. It was also quite amazing that Faithe also taught you a few things about the kitchen, such as how to properly cut an avocado!

Kathy T. writes... MobilizeYouth
is an amazing program and great for kids because it helps them
feel better about themselves. It encourages them to be active and
keep on moving in order to stay healthy and fit. Keeping the
classes smaller allows kids to get individualized attention. The
instructors are amazing and very encouraging and make them feel
really good about themselves. One of the nice parts is that it is certainly
not competitive, unlike most other sports programs. Best of all we
get to learn how to use the machines properly and safely. Most
fitness facilities won’t allow 11 and 12 year old to do this. It
is also an amazing bonus that parents get to use the facilities as
well – what more could you ask for? Weekly access to a
nutritionist is also great because getting fit is not only about
being active but also learning to eat right and make proper food
choices.

Alumni write… Hi Dina, Hope you're doing
well! We're all great and Daniel is doing amazing. We decided to
join a gym as a family where it was convenient for all of us.
We've all been going at least twice a week and they let Daniel
work out as long as Allan or I are there with him. Thanks to your
wonderful program Daniel knows how to use the machines properly.
He is also much more active in school sports now, especially
baseball and soccer and of course he's still involved with
swimming. He is also definitely making better eating choices
and is now much more aware of what's not healthy. He
looks amazing and he is really tall! Congratulations on the
women's program - it's a great idea! (Daniel and his mother
attended the program from January to May….)

Luisa R. writes…
We are so happy with this new MobilizeYouth Program that you have
put so much hard work and dedication to get started. Our son
Joseph (13) is enjoying it tremendously and is showing initiative
in taking control of his own decisions when it comes to eating and
exercise. The sessions with the trainers and the personal
attention to the type of activities he should do has helped in
keeping him motivated both at the session and also at home as they
are required to keep up with their activities throughout the week.
The Nutritionist has been wonderful in working with us, the
parents and also with Joseph. She has provided us with
guidance in what he should be eating and the type of choices we
should be helping him make. Her suggestions and information have
been very helpful to us.
Again, I personally want to thank you for your dedication and tremendous efforts in this program. We greatly appreciate it. Your enthusiasm and warmth shows at all times and I know that Joseph feels comfortable and respected when he come to the program. I also would like to thank the Trainers for the great work in keeping these kids motivated during the sessions and to get across the importance of continuous exercise at all times.

Elysa writes… My
son is enjoying the program and has learned a lot. His attitude
and behavior towards food and exercise have changed dramatically.
He is more confident, self- assured and happy. Our family life has
changed as a result of participating in the program. We eat
better, exercise more and together have discussions about making
good and informed choices, not just relating to food but to life
choices. The staff who work with the children are friendly,
knowledgeable and helpful and truly inspire the kids. (Alumni: Elad is back weekends on our maintenance program)
